Charlottesville's only Grand Championship BBQ ! We are very very passionate about our barbecue !!!! Our passion for great Barbecue shows with all our trophies , awards and satisfied customers. We compete in barbecue Competitions (as seen on the Food Network) all over the country in order to keep our barbecue fresh and exciting. We do not rest on our past achievemnets. We treat each customer as a BBQ Judge! I am always asked what style of barbecue I cook and I reply "Championship BBQ". We can fix anything you like and do it "Championship Style" !!! We thank you for your interest. Our prices start $10.50 to $25.00 per person. We give special pricing to large groups (over 300). We cater onsite for groups of 50 or more, for groups less than 50, we charge a set up fee. We also can provide an upscale menu upon request. We use wood or charcoal fire (no gas or electricity) for 10 hours plus. We keep watch through the whole process ( no put in and forget about it). Our barbecue is a labor of love. It is our goal to produce the best barbecue in the country every time we cook! We also cater in Northern Virginia , Richmond, Staunton, Harrisonburg, Wanyesboro Va.and all over the country! A travel fee will be charged outside Charlottesville area. A proven winner: 4 Grand Championships, 5 state championships, Invited to the American Royal and the Jack Daniels twice.
